Thanks for buying my music, you can't believe I much I appreciate it. However, please read below to find out what are the conditions of purchase, for example, you can't use my music for commercial purposes, reselling it, using it in movies or projects. If you wanna use it on Social Media just use the 'add music' features of each platform to find and use my music. My entire catalogue is available on FB, TikTok, Instagram and more.

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and download of digital audio files from this website, operated by Alberto Manuzzi. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them before buying.

 

2. What You Are Buying

When you purchase a digital audio file from this website, you are buying a single-user, non-exclusive licence to download and use the file for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are not purchasing ownership of the music, the copyright, or any other intellectual property rights associated with it.

All files are provided in WAV format.

 

3. Permitted Use

Your purchase entitles you to:

  • Download the file to your personal device(s) for private listening;

  • Keep a reasonable number of personal backup copies for your own use.

 

4. Prohibited Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Re-upload, redistribute, share, or make the file available to any third party, whether for free or for payment;

  • Use the file in any commercial context, including but not limited to advertising, film, television, content creation, or sync licensing (for sync use, please refer to the separate Sync Licensing Terms available on this website);

  • Sell, sub-license, or transfer your download rights to any other person or entity;

  • Alter, remix, sample, or create derivative works from the file without the express written permission of Alberto Manuzzi;

  • Claim authorship or ownership of the music in any form.

 

5. Ownership & Copyright

Alberto Manuzzi retains full ownership of the copyright and all intellectual property rights in the music at all times. The sale of a digital file does not transfer any rights beyond the personal use licence described in these Terms & Conditions.

Unauthorised use of the music, including redistribution or commercial exploitation, constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued through all available legal means.

 

6. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please get in touch and it will be resolved promptly.

 

7. File Delivery

Download links are provided immediately upon confirmed payment via this website. It is your responsibility to save and back up your file. Alberto Manuzzi cannot guarantee the indefinite availability of download links and recommends saving your file promptly after purchase.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from a purchase made through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
